Al-Qallati Travel & Tourism is looking for a Reservations & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Amman – Shmeisani. Key Responsibilities: Handling flight and hotel reservations. Assisting customers and responding to their inquiries. Following up on bookings and coordinating with clients. Providing professional customer service. Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills. Good command of English. Experience with reservation systems is an advantage.
