Al Safwa Pharmaceutical Industries is looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the following positions: 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan Research & Development (R&D) Officer Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations. Conduct research and product development activities. Prepare and maintain R&D technical documentation. Coordinate with Production and Quality Control departments. Support product development and stability studies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Previous experience in pharmaceutical R&D is preferred. Good knowledge of formulation development and GMP requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Regulatory Affairs (RA) Officer Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation. Support product registration and regulatory approval processes. Ensure compliance with JFDA regulations and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain and update regulatory files and product dossiers. Coordinate with internal departments regarding regulatory activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Good knowledge of JFDA regulations and pharmaceutical registration procedures. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
