We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

• Welcome visitors and handle inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with different departments and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Prepare periodic operational reports and present them to management.
• Monitor daily operations, identify issues, and support problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, documents, and reports.
• Follow up on operational performance and ensure compliance with company procedures.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in reception, operations coordination, or administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze basic operational data.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively within a team.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and a high level of responsibility.
