Lead and manage research and development activities for veterinary products, develop and improve formulations, supervise trials and stability studies, select raw materials, prepare documentation for product registration, coordinate with QA/QC/Production/Registration/Warehousing, stay updated on scientific developments, and lead the R&D team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Lead and manage research and development activities for veterinary products in accordance with recognized scientific standards and best practices.
• Develop, improve, and update veterinary pharmaceutical formulations using the latest scientific methods and technologies.
• Supervise laboratory trials and Stability Studies, analyze results, and ensure their accuracy and reliability.
• Select and evaluate raw materials and excipients used in the manufacturing of veterinary products.
• Prepare and review technical data and documentation required to support product registration dossiers, in coordination with relevant departments and authorities.
• Maintain continuous coordination with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, Registration, and Warehousing departments to ensure product readiness and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Keep up to date with the latest scientific developments, trends, and emerging technologies in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
• Lead and develop the R&D team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Contribute to resolving technical issues and improving existing products and processes.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Chemistry.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in research and development and veterinary product development.
• Proven hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, particularly in:
• Liquid formulations.
• Powder formulations.
• Feed Additives.
• Good knowledge of local and international veterinary product registration requirements and procedures.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team, achieve objectives, and meet established timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a multidisciplinary environment.
