𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐪 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 As the brand grows in Jordan, we are building an aftersales team that delivers a premium experience to every ROX owner. Key Responsibilities Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles and final inspections on repaired vehicles, and verify that they comply with quality standards. Track first-time fix and repeat repair rates and report the results. Investigate repeat repairs and identify root causes. Check diagnostic accuracy and the quality of technical reports. Control quality-related rework and its warranty cost. Follow up on quality-related customer complaints. Raise corrective actions, assign owners, and close them on time. Share findings with technicians and support continuous improvement. Requirements 5+ years as an automotive technician or in a technical role, including at least 2 years in quality control or inspection. Diploma or bachelor's degree in automotive or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical experience. Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of vehicle systems. Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles is preferred. Good command of Arabic and English, and comfort with dealership systems and Microsoft Office.
