المهام والمسؤوليات

• Conduct regular inspections and internal audits across departments and facilities.
• Review quality records, samples, forms, and measurement equipment for compliance.
• Monitor HACCP and manufacturing requirements and maintain accurate quality records.
• Follow up on non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare quality reports and support food safety, health, and safety compliance.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 & Internal Audit
• Strong analytical, communication & coordination skills
• Good English and computer skills
