• Communicate daily with overseas suppliers via email and calls to negotiate, place, and track purchase orders.
• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing activities within the supply chain network.
• Follow up on shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.
• Maintain clear procurement records, commercial invoices, and supplier documentation.
