JOB OPENING: PURCHASING ACCOUNTANT Sewar Group, working with ASK Global Trading Location: Remote (online) | Full time ABOUT THE ROLE You will keep every order's money trail correct, from the purchase order to vendor payment and customer collection. You will track open orders, reconcile vendor and customer statements, and keep cost data up to date. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Purchasing and order tracking - Keep the Open Orders tracker up to date (status, qty, value, expected arrival). - Check every PO in ODOO and Daftara against the confirmed qty, price, currency and payment terms. - Track goods in transit (GIT) and flag late, short or damaged deliveries. - Match the PO, supplier invoice and receiving report (3-way match) before payment approval. - Check that the system invoice and the customs invoice agree with the PO and the received qty.
