المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and implement PR plans for exhibitions and events.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, media tours, opening ceremonies, and VIP activities.
• Monitor media coverage and public feedback.
• Follow up on the company’s affairs with government authorities.
• Follow up with clients and register them for exhibitions being held.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure the orders are delivered on time.
• Obtain the best offers from local suppliers for furniture and exhibition stand installation.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in PR, government relations, media relations, communications, or events
• Experience in government relations and transactions
• Exhibition, trade-show, conference, or event experience is preferred
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and writing skills
• Strong organization, networking, presentation, and crisis-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure, including evenings, weekends, and exhibition periods
• Aqaba resident is must
