المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead and govern MCC’s overall project portfolio and Project Management team.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and recovery plans.
• Manage project risks, priorities, resources, and executive reporting.
• Lead contract administration, claims, and Variation Order (VO) management.
• Monitor budgets, cost-to-complete, profitability, invoicing, and commercial exposure.
• Oversee coordination between Civil, Architectural, MEP, Planning, Procurement, and Factory teams.
• Ensure effective subcontractor performance and timely delivery of critical materials.
• Maintain compliance with QMS / ISO 9001 and HSE requirements.
• Oversee project handover, close-out, client satisfaction, and lessons learned.
• Develop and coach Project Managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in construction/contracting
• 7+ years in a leadership role managing multiple projects
• Strong experience in portfolio-level project management, governance, and project controls
• Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, VOs, change management, and commercial risk
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including Excel dashboards and portfolio reporting
• Knowledge of ERP/project cost tracking and document control systems
• Experience in precast and construction interface projects is strongly preferred
