First Start for Business Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team for one of our esteemed clients. Requirements: -Jordanian nationals only. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical qualification. -Proven hands-on experience in Facilities Management (FM) and maintenance supervision is a must. -Hands-on experience with Honeywell BMS systems is required. -Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and site operations. -Familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage. -Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance operations across assigned sites. -Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate 24/7 team coverage. -Supervise planned and reactive maintenance activities. -Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and site access requirements. -Monitor service quality, work orders, and maintenance progress. -Conduct asset inspections and follow up on outstanding maintenance issues. -Prepare operational reports and coordinate with the Project Manager. 📩 Interested and qualified candidates are invited to send their updated CVs to: [البريد متاح عبر زر التقديم] Please mention Project Supervisor & Facility Engineer in the email subject.
