المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for maintenance and technical projects.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and other project costs.
• Develop project work plans, schedules, and execution methods.
• Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.
• Ensure project estimates are aligned with scope, budget, and expected execution requirements.
• Monitor project progress and update plans and cost estimates when required.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Support the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project estimation, costing, planning, or maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
