Principles is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects as the Client’s Representative.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 12–15 years of experience, with a proven record as Project Manager
• Solid Client’s Representative / PMC experience
• Track record in building, fit-out and interior projects
• Strong command of FIDIC contracts, cost control and authority approvals
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English, with strong reporting and presentation skills
• PMP certification is a plus
