Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers, proposals, quotations, and sales activities. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, sales targets, customer requirements, and overall business performance. Support the development and implementation of sales and project management strategies.

• Manage project schedules, resources, costs, and deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions.
• Identify new projects and market opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Prepare project reports, sales forecasts, and management updates.
• Review customer requirements and coordinate with technical and operational teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on projects after award to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion.

المتطلبات

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Professional certifications: Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
• Technical skills: Strong project management, sales, commercial, negotiation, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Turkish language is preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, sales, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience combining project management and technical sales will be highly preferred.
