A leading organization is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, strategic digital healthcare programs and projects.

• Lead large-scale digital healthcare programs and complex projects.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, cost, timelines, quality, risks, and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Support proposals, Statements of Work, and vendor evaluation.
• Guide project managers and coordinators.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans.

المتطلبات

• 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years in project management within digital healthcare.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Agile certification.
• Fluency in English.
• Middle East, clinical, or greenfield project experience is highly preferred.
