المهام والمسؤوليات

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (GMP, HACCP, and preferably ISO 22000)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment
• Currently residing in Jordan only
