The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring that manufacturing targets are met safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role includes organizing production schedules, coordinating resources, monitoring line performance, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Production Manager supervises production staff, implements process improvements, maintains compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and ensures accurate documentation of production activities. The role also involves working closely with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

المتطلبات

• Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize schedules, allocate resources, and oversee daily operations.
• Candidates should possess experience in Manufacturing, including familiarity with production processes, equipment, and safety and hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess basic Editing skills to review and refine production reports, documentation, and operational records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a production leadership role within the food or manufacturing sector is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Effective communication and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise diverse teams.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to fast-paced, shift-based production environments.
