المهام والمسؤوليات

• Monitor daily production activities and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise production workers and ensure tasks are carried out effectively and according to company standards.
• Ensure production targets, quality requirements, and food safety standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify and follow up on production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
• Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
• Ensure the proper operation and performance of vertical packaging machines.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or food production facilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate production teams
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with vertical packaging machines
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
