المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies and annual brand plans
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer insights, and product performance
• Identify opportunities to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives
• Plan and coordinate product campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches
• Develop effective promotional materials and product communication
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams
• Monitor product KPIs and recommend actions to optimize performance
• Support the field force with product knowledge, positioning, and effective marketing tools

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management/marketing
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and execution
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
