Job Opportunity | Procurement & Supply Chain Supervisor Ata Rabah is looking for a qualified and experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. 📍 Location: Khalda Circle, Amman, Jordan 💼 Employment Type: Full-time Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain, including local and international procurement operations. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Strong experience in supplier negotiation and contract management. Key Skills & Expertise: Knowledge and experience in import, export, shipping, and customs clearance. Experience in inventory management, including determining inventory levels and reorder points. Ability to evaluate suppliers and manage relationships with local and international suppliers. Proficiency in ERP, procurement, and inventory management systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting. Ability to prepare technical and commercial comparisons and analyze quotations. Fluency in English, particularly in business correspondence and supplier negotiations. Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, planning, analysis, and risk management. Ability to prepare annual procurement plans and manage budgets and costs. Willingness to travel and visit suppliers and sites when required.
