• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong consultation and persuasion skills
• Professional and confident phone manner
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to understand customer needs and qualify leads effectively
• Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing is a plus
