We're hiring: Performance Marketing Lead at Rewaa We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own our paid acquisition strategy. What you'll do: • Lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. • Own budgets, CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance. • Run continuous testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. • Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content to drive qualified leads. What we're looking for: • 3-7 years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B/SaaS. • Hands-on experience managing large ad budgets. • Strong analytical mindset and command of analytics and attribution tools. • Leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor a team.
