We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to lead full-lifecycle implementations, financial transformation projects, and business process optimization. In this role, you will work closely with finance stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy robust financial solutions while guiding and mentoring a team of junior functional consultants. 📍 Location: Jordan-On-site 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and review the deliverables of junior and mid-level functional consultants across project lifecycles. • End-to-End Implementation: Drive requirement gathering, business process mapping, system configuration, and testing across core Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Tax). • Business Solution Architecture: Translate complex financial operations and statutory requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and functional design documents. • Interface & Data Flow Design: Functionally define and oversee business data flows, accounting rules, and transaction mappings for boundary system integrations (such as billing systems, CRMs, or external operational platforms). • Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Guide functional setups and business process alignment for regional compliance, including ZATCA e-invoicing. • Testing & Deployment: Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and cutover activities to ensure seamless project delivery. Qualifications & Experience • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion Financials across multiple full-cycle implementations. • Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading workstreams, delegating tasks, and mentoring junior functional consultants. • Functional Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Oracle Tax. • Regulatory Compliance: Practical functional knowledge and implementation experience with ZATCA e-invoicing. • Cross-System Exposure: Proven experience functionally defining and managing business requirements for at least one third-party or legacy system integration with Oracle Financials. • Communication & Advisory: Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and functional documentation capabilities.
