المهام والمسؤوليات

• Coordinate daily vehicle movements, deliveries, and returns.
• Monitor fleet availability and ensure optimal vehicle utilization.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and follow up on service requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to reservations and transportation requests.
• Monitor fleet records, vehicle status, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Maintenance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and service quality.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Fleet Management, Logistics, or Car Rental Operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of fleet management or car rental systems is an advantage
