An FMCG company is looking for a reliable and organized "Operations Officer" to join its team.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Coordinate daily customer orders with the warehouse, including preparation, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, and the sales team regarding order status and availability.
• Ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time, while resolving any related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics/inventory reports and ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination, or a related role.
• Good command of English and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
