We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our café operations in Jordan as we prepare for an exciting new chapter of growth.

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure consistent service quality.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance, costs, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer experience, product quality, and food safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, procurement, staffing, and cost control.
• Support new café openings and future business expansion.

المتطلبات

• Proven experience in café, coffee shop, or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of sales growth, cost control, and operational profitability.
• Experience in launching new outlets or managing multiple locations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
