To operate, calibrate and maintain production machines to achieve departmental objectives with GMPs and safety rules in the production area.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Monitor the performance of equipment and machinery during operation
• Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and product quality
• Ensure compliance with quality and production standards
• Train operators to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans
• Diagnose and promptly repair breakdowns effectively
• Provide technical support to minimize equipment downtime
• Monitor the consumption of materials and spare parts, ensuring their availability
• Disassemble, assemble and calibrate molds and robot parts
• Adhere to occupational health and safety standards in all operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures during tasks
• Participate in risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate hazards
• Provide periodic reports on equipment status, breakdowns, and repairs

المتطلبات

• B. Sc. or Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing
• Ability to work on shifts (day, evening, night)
• Excellent English language skills
• Great communication abilities
• Team player
