This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Documentation Specialist located in Amman, Jordan.

• Responsible for online documentation
• Responsible for technical documentation
• Utilizing analytical skills to process immigration petitions seamlessly and perfectly

المتطلبات

• Online Documentation and Technical Documentation skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Technical Writing
• Attention to details and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in visa and immigration online applications is a plus but not a MUST.
• Past experience with server archiving.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Excellent use of all Microsoft applications, CRM and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor degree in Applied English, Translation or English related major.
