المهام والمسؤوليات

• Make outbound calls using provided candidate databases.
• Attract and recruit potential candidates.
• Explain job opportunities and onboarding procedures.
• Follow up with candidates and complete the onboarding process.
• Manage and update candidate data accurately.
• Handle emails and daily communication professionally.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.

المتطلبات

• 23 years old or above
• Amman residents only
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Good computer skills and ability to use basic office tools
• Ability to send and manage emails professionally
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Experience in Call Center, Recruitment, Sales, or Onboarding is a plus
