TPS is looking for Mid-Senior .NET Developers with the following duties & responsibilities: Mid-Level .NET Developer: • 2-3 years of .NET development experience. • Ability to respond to client requests and adapt to changing requirements with flexibility. • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows. • Strong skills in C# and .NET Core, with experience in MVC or Razor Pages and building REST APIs/Web APIs. • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server. • Familiarity with Git and version control. • Angular experience is a plus. • Experience using AI coding assistants and the ability to write effective prompts for code generation, debugging, and documentation. • Good English communication skills. Senior .NET Developer: • 4-5 years of .NET development experience. • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with experience in MVC or Razor Pages and building REST APIs/Web APIs. • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper, SQL Server, and T-SQL. • Experience contributing to system design and code reviews, with a solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and Clean Architecture. • Angular experience is a plus. • Ability to mentor junior developers and support their professional growth. • Flexibility to handle support or implementation responsibilities based on project requirements. • Familiarity with Git and branching strategies, unit and integration testing, and CI/CD fundamentals. • Experience using AI coding assistants and the ability to write effective prompts for code generation, debugging, and documentation. • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements. • Good English communication skills.
