مطلوب مدير مشاريع بمستوى متوسط إلى خبير لقيادة وتسليم المشاريع التقنية من البداية وحتى الإنجاز الناجح مع إدارة الميزانية والمخاطر والجداول الزمنية. تتطلب خبرة متوسطة، مع Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field، Minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing IT projects، Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering is preferrable. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead the delivery of cross-functional projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and change management.
• Manage and monitor project team performance across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Manage\ engage with project stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management.
• Implement IT and delivery strategies that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance, support, and oversight to project team and coordinators.
• Manage\ review project governance, reporting quality, and delivery standards across projects.
• Manage project risks, escalations, and cross-team dependencies.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing IT projects
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering is preferrable
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multi-phase or complex projects
• PMP or equivalent certification is a must
• Ability to travel is an essential part of this role
