We're Hiring | Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to join our team and work on ServiceNow development and implementation projects for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on client requirements. • Design and implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer. • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Catalog items. • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST APIs. • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: • Mandatory: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript. • Practical experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules. • Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations. • Experience working on client-facing projects. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD) are a plus. Important: Proven hands-on ServiceNow development experience is mandatory.
