Microsoft Productivity & Security Implementation Engineer with experience in Microsoft 365, Security, and Migration projects. Responsibilities include implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions (Azure Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business); configuring identity synchronization with Entra Connect; implementing hybrid and cloud-first architectures; performing tenant onboarding, configuration, and optimization. Security responsibilities include deploying and configuring Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Intune, Purview, Sentinel, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, DLP, Information Protection & Sensitivity Labels, Insider Risk Management, and Compliance & Governance Controls; conducting security assessments and recommending improvements. Migration services involve leading Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, tenant-to-tenant migrations, Exchange Server to Exchange Online, File Server to SharePoint Online, Active Directory modernization, and Identity & Authentication migrations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Security projects.
• Strong experience with migration and transformation engagements.
• Experience working in enterprise and multi-tenant environments.
