Marketing Supervisor to join our team in Amman. This role bridges strategy with day-to-day execution across digital ads, e-commerce growth, vendor campaigns, and retail promotions in Jordan’s tech retail and distribution sector.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital ads, social media, GTS, and physical showrooms.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads across all funnel objectives.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, ROAS) to maximize marketing ROI.
• Drive e-commerce growth on GTS through promotional banners, landing pages, and conversion-focused merchandising.
• Plan and manage co-marketing activities and Market Development Funds (MDF) with global tech vendor partners.
• Oversee high-converting Arabic copywriting and content across all marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align campaigns with inventory availability and commercial targets.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce management.
• Proven track record directly managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts.
• Experience in consumer electronics, IT equipment, or retail is highly advantageous.
• Strong fluency in data analysis, campaign performance metrics, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with vendor-funded marketing (MDF) or brand co-marketing is a strong plus.
