Qabalan Bakery is looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and support business growth.

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create content and manage online and offline campaigns.
• Identify target customers in B2B and B2C markets.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
• Develop brand guidelines and maintain consistent marketing messages.
• Work with the sales team to support sales objectives.
• Measure campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in branding, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and frameworks such as CAC, CSAT, CLV, TOMA, and AIDA.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to market changes.
• Experience in food, FMCG, or retail is a plus.
