Mawasem is a leading franchise operator in Jordan, managing a dynamic portfolio of international brands across Fashion, F&B, Health & Beauty, and Home Furnishings.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Assist in executing omnichannel campaigns (social media, print, in-store, OOH, SMS, email)
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies
• Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets and materials
• Help manage influencer partnerships and PR coordination
• Support the rollout of social media content calendars and paid campaign materials
• Assist in gathering performance insights and reporting on key metrics
• Help with posting, scheduling, and boosting content when needed
• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines
• Support store-level marketing (LSM), event coordination, and promotional activities
• Follow up on requests from store teams and brand partners
• Track marketing budgets and invoices
• Maintain marketing calendars and checklists
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and team progress

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution roles
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics dashboards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic
