Maintenance Planner to join the Factory Engineering Department in Sahab, Jordan.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and coordinate preventive and planned maintenance schedules in alignment with production requirements.
• Plan maintenance activities based on manpower, equipment priorities, safety requirements, tools, and spare-parts availability.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on maintenance work orders through the maintenance management system.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Technical Stores teams.
• Ensure that required spare parts, materials, tools, and permits are available before maintenance execution.
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs, including schedule compliance, completion rates, planned versus unplanned maintenance hours, equipment efficiency, and maintenance costs.
• Support maintenance-budget preparation and monitor actual expenses against the approved budget.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance TPM practices.
• Ensure that all maintenance plans comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, maintenance engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Previous experience in detergents, FMCG, industrial manufacturing, utilities, or consumer-goods industries is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management, work-order planning, and maintenance KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with TPM and computerized maintenance management systems CMMS is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical, control, automation, utilities, and industrial-services systems.
• Strong coordination, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
