المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities for production equipment and systems
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce recurring breakdowns
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure fast troubleshooting and resolution
• Plan and follow up on maintenance schedules and work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance
• Prepare maintenance activities reports

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
• Microsoft Office skills
