🚨 We’re Hiring: Logistics Coordinator Join HTT – High Tech Talents, an outsourcing company in Jordan supporting international clients. 📍 Location: Amman / Irbid, Jordan 🕒 Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–12:00 AM 🗣 Fluent English (written and spoken) is required Key Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end import and export shipments across sea, air, and land transportation. · Coordinate shipment bookings, transportation planning, tracking, customs clearance, and final delivery. · Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and other logistics partners. · Negotiate freight and transportation rates and identify opportunities for cost savings. · Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. · Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, documentation issues, inventory discrepancies, and other operational challenges. · Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment in coordination with supply chain requirements. · Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, customer, and logistics data using ERP, TMS, CRM, and other relevant systems. · Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery performance, transportation costs, and operational efficiency. · Prepare regular logistics and performance reports for management. · Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and other business partners. · Ensure compliance with applicable shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements. · Identify opportunities to improve routes, processes, costs, and overall supply chain efficiency. Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ✅ Fluent English, both written and spoken. ✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. ✅ Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. ✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 📩 Interested? المتطلبات
