المهام والمسؤوليات

• Customs Clearance: Manage and execute the entire customs clearance -process for imports/exports, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, customs documentation, and trade requirements.
• Logistics & Freight Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping arrangements, freight forwarding (sea, air, land), and coordinator duties with transport partners.
• Cargo Insurance & Claims: Arrange and manage comprehensive insurance -coverage for all incoming/outgoing shipments and handle any resulting claims or incidents.
• Tracking & Regular Reporting: Prepare and share periodic updates and status reports with key stakeholders, covering:
• In-transit shipment tracking and estimated times of arrival (ETA).
• Open purchase orders readiness dates and scheduled shipping timelines.
• Procurement Support: Assist with international procurement processes, foreign supplier communications, and import documentation to ensure seamless material availability.
• Risk & Problem Resolution: Proactively address supply chain bottlenecks, shipping delays, and operational challenges to minimize disruptions.

المتطلبات

• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics, customs clearance procedures, and freight forwarding
• Practical experience in International Procurement, foreign sourcing, or import/export administration (Added Advantage)
• Deep knowledge of customs documentation, shipping Incoterms, cargo insurance processes, and status reporting tools
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Sharp problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
