مطلوب مساعد ومنسق لوجستيات لخريج جديد في عمّان بدوام كامل للعمل في إدارة سلسلة التوريد والشحن الجوي والبحري. مناسبة للمبتدئين، مع Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field، Recent Graduates welcome، Fluent written and spoken English is strictly required.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Support daily freight operations, tracking shipments, and coordinating with carriers, drivers, and shipping agents.
• Prepare, process, and maintain essential shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs paperwork, cargo manifests).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily data entry into management systems.
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors to provide timely shipment updates.
• Adhere to international shipping standards, local Jordanian customs regulations, and trade procedures.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
• Recent Graduates welcome
• Fluent written and spoken English is strictly required
• Strong work ethic, highly adaptable, and a fast learner
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
