• Local Market & Cultural Guidance: Help us understand local business practices, consumer habits, and cultural context.
• Research & Networking: Source reliable local information, conduct desktop research, and connect us with the right contacts or service providers.
• On-the-Ground Coordination: Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks, administrative support, vendor communication, and local logistics when needed.
• Advising & Support: Provide pragmatic recommendations to help us navigate changing priorities and ambiguous project requirements.
