Remote position with working hours M-F (4:PM -12AM). Requires a designated workspace, reliable internet (minimum 150 Mbps).

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Complete non‑complex and some complex account reconciliations and record transactions as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual adjusting and closing process
• Responsible for general ledger accounting and month‑end close
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements
• Identify accounting errors, research technical issues, and proactively resolve issues
• Process weekly, biweekly payroll
• File Quarterly & YE federal & state reports
• File monthly & quarterly sales tax reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing processes

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting
• 2+ years of public accounting experience as a junior accountant or equivalent
• Hands‑on experience using QuickBooks software
• Strong organization skills/goal orientation/self‑motivation
• Ability to handle pressure in a positive professional manner
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook) and Teams
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
