We’re hiring a motivated and organized Junior Recruitment Officer to join our HR team in Amman, Jordan. The role involves assisting in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, screening candidates, conducting initial phone and online interviews, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records, following up with candidates throughout the process, supporting HR with recruitment and administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone and online interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team with various recruitment and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English.
