A company based in Amman is seeking a motivated Junior Java Backend Developer to join its development team and work on scalable, high-volume backend systems.

• Develop and maintain Java / Spring Boot backend services.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
• Design and maintain database tables and relationships.
• Optimize database structures and queries for performance and large data volumes.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.
• Follow clean code, version control, and software development best practices.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of backend systems.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Practical experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and backend development principles.
• Experience designing database tables and relationships, with consideration for performance and large data volumes.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience using Git and Git-based development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
