ASALI Engineering Consulting & Project Management is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and employee documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required documents are completed.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee information and confidential records professionally.
• Assist with general HR coordination and employee-related administrative tasks as required.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic HR processes and administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
