We are looking for a motivated Junior ERP Specialist to support our ERP system users and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow in ERP and business systems.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Provide daily support to ERP users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when needed
• Assist with master data maintenance, validation, and data uploads
• Support system testing, documentation, and end-user training
• Help prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Crystal Reports
• Work with the finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory teams to understand and support their processes
• Follow up on user requests and keep track of issues until they are resolved

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in ERP support; fresh graduates are welcome
• SAP Business One experience or training is preferred
• Basic understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Crystal Reports
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
