فرصة عمل لمحاسب مبتدئ Junior Accountant للانضمام إلى قسم المحاسبة في Beta Drug Store لدعم العمليات المالية اليومية وإدارة الفواتير والقيود المحاسبية. يشترط خبرة سنة على الأقل، مع Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university، 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)، Good knowledge of accounting principles. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Enter purchase invoices, receipt vouchers, payment vouchers, and other accounting transactions into the ERP system.
• Prepare and post daily journal entries.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and accounting records.
• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Prepare customer account statements and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Follow up on bank guarantees and maintain related records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and supporting documents.
• Support inventory-related accounting transactions when required.
• Prepare accounting reports as requested by management.
• Draft and respond to professional business emails.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to draft professional business emails in English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
