We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their careers in sales and account management, develop strong client relationships, and gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Follow up on client requests, sales opportunities, and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in achieving overall sales targets and business development goals.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (0–1 year of experience).
• Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
