المهام والمسؤوليات

• Assist in implementing and configuring ITOM solutions.
• Support monitoring tools related to servers, networks, applications, and infrastructure.
• Help in troubleshooting technical issues under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Work with Windows and Unix/Linux servers for basic administration tasks.
• Support integration activities between ITOM tools and other systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation notes.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Learn and follow best practices for IT operations, monitoring, and incident management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to collect required technical information.
• Support testing, validation, and post-implementation activities.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 year of experience is acceptable
